floppy drive not reconized

my 3.5 floppy is in, it came with the computer, i just never used a disk until last nite when i noticed the drive isnt under my computer, and i cant seem to find a way to get to it at all, pleaze email me with help
 
Get into bios setup and enable floppy drive. also make sure right size is
selected at 1.44 not the 720 or whatever. To get into bios push del or F2 or
F10 at boot. one of those should work.
