We are having considerable difficulties with FDDs that
fail to read known good disks. The machines will boot
into dos from the drive, but will not write or read under
Win2K.
I've been through the normal procedures including
replacing a drive with a brand new unit.
A trawl on Google produced the thread below that indicates
that this is a wide-spread problem.
Any clues?
