There are 2(or more) possibilities: 1) You are talking about the reboot
cycle, which is accessing a floppy disk.
2) Windows seems to access the floppy randomly.
if 1: you can edit the bios to remove the floppy drive from the boot order.
Precicely how to do tnhis depends largely on the make and model of your
motherboard. But the usual procedure is to hit <del> during startup, osd
the navigate the menus till you find something that mentions the boot
order.
if 2: that's a bit harder. Post if this is the case.
