Floppy Disk problems

I am having problems with my floppy disk. Everything is
installed and functioning correctly, but I can´t read my
old disks (backups). Even though I was able to read all
of them in my office. Does anybody have a clue??

If I format the disk in the computer I can read them. But
not the old ones (from other computers).
