floppy disk error

everytime i try to access a floppy disk i get an error
that says no address id. the floppy worked fine yesterday
and the device manager says its working fine. this happens
everytime i put in a floppy disk. HELP!!!!

Everything dies.
Everything Wears out/away.

I guess ALL floppy disks are having this trouble and you have checked the
cables are still secure, that the floppy disks in questions work in other
computers and that you cannot format/use a floppy disk on this machine any
longer?
