Floppy Disk Drive Is Missing in My Computer Folder
In control panel I have an error 39 with the yellow question mark.
Connected a USB floppy and got the same results
Drive is available in the Bios
Have exchanged the cables and the drive with no difference?

There seems to be an old MS KB item mentioned in many search results, but it
is not available at the MS site

Any suggestions????
