floppy.disc drive

we have recently installed a new cd-writer since then the
floppy drive does not work i must admit i am a novice
with computers but anyhelp would be gratefull

Open the computers case (disconnect the power cord first and ground
yourself) and see if you didn´t disconnect the data- and powercable of the
diskdrive. All connectors schould be connected firmly.
