floating pop-up menu

I keep getting a floating menu that pops up randomly,
with a list of 4 websites to choose from. This happens
wether I am in the internet or not. It can pop up
anywhere, and I have to keep clicking on a blank line
within the menu to close it. Anyone ever heard of this?
I have tried Adware, system restore, deleting all
cookies, etc. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
 
You either are getting Messenger service spam or are getting pop-ups.
AdAware(Lavasoft) also has some cool forums to discuss how to get rid of
problems like this.

www.blackviper.com is one site that I believe shows how to disable the
Messenger service to avoid messenger spam.

AdAware is always a good place to start for this type of problem.
Spybot S&D and HijackThis is good too. This article contains all the

I also get those and I think it came with the new NAV2004 because I didn't have it before then.

I am having the same problem and cannot seem to get rid of it. I have tried all the things mentioned but still have it. Any more suggestions?
