Flipping Text

I am using a "tent" Avery label within WORD 2007. I need to flip the text on
the opposite panel of the lable. These are place cards with the person's name
and department on both sides of the standup card. The Avery label is 8820.

I can't find a way of flipping or rotating the text 180 degrees. Can someone
help me with this problem. I am sure stuck right now.

Many thanks. Norm.

You have to use some sideways thinking for this. In your mind, rotate the
whole document: that is, envision your place card with one name on the left
and one on the right, with the fold vertical instead of horizontal. Use
these paper dimensions and create a two-column, one row table. You'll have
to fiddle with the row height; my advice is to put one empty paragraph above
the table because Word will insist on having one below it. Then adjust the
row height to completely fill what's left of the page between the top and
bottom margins.

Now type the name in both cells, centering both horizontally and vertically,
and use the Text Direction command to rotate them in opposite directions.
