Flip3d Disabled.

I'm not sure why or under what circumstances it happened, but low and
behold Flip3d is not on the quick launch bar and will not respond to
windows+tab. My video card is a GeForce Go 6800 which runs Aero and
(previously) Flip3D flawlessly. I've heard vaguely of a system of disabling
Aero and or Flip3D on computers that can't handle it so that's about all
that I can guess happened. I also thought perhaps there was some other
program getting the windows+tab shortcut but that seems unlikely given that
the quick launch icon is gone as well. Can anyone offer any advice or
perhaps tell me where I can find more information?

Have you tried a system restore to when things were working?
