flight sim 5.1 Aces over Europe

I have all these games like flight sim 5.1 AOE which
are MSDos games will they not work in windows XP.. flight
sim 5.1 says do not have enough memory when I try install
but have 320meg of ram 433 pentium 20 gig hard drive
can anyone help or do I just have to throw them away
