What's the file extension of the attachment? In the meantime, see section
"Identifying Attachment File Types and Setting File Associations" in the
following page:

Copy and paste the image into Paint, then save it as .jpp

i can't figure out how to delete email without clicking on every one. since
I haven't been deleting as i go along, I've got endless unread email to
delete.

(PS I sent this as a reply because i'm so inept that I can't even figure out
how to enter a new question. AGGG)

thanks so much

Your e-mail program is not smart enough to know which e-mail you want to
delete, so you have to tell it.

To select multiple messages:

To select consecutive messages, click the first item, press and hold
down SHIFT and then click the last item.

To select nonconsecutive messages, press and hold down CTRL and
then click each item.

To select all the messages in the window, CTRL + A.

After messages have been selected, to unselect individual messages, press
and hold
down CTRL and then click each item.
