I'm looking to upgrade my BIOS and the TYAN website said to use the
Win95/98 start-up disc so that I can access the BIOS flash program on a
floppy and install the new BIOS.

I have Win2K installed and that doesn't have a start-up disc, or does it?
If not, how do I get the command prompt w/out the 95/98 start-up disc?

Thanks!

Go to http://www.bootdisk.com. Download DrDos 7.x. It's the 5th file down
from the top. Execute the file and it will copy the files you need to
create a boot disk. Put the flash utility and image file on the same floppy
and follow directions for your motherboard.
