Flashes on screen

I see a flash on the computer screen. I noticed it when I was on a game site Can someone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it. Thanks

i dont know did we thing about same flashing but i have that problem with my CRT, and its a some electric parts inside. its can be coil (duct, spool). you must try change this, coz i dont do that and after 3-4 month flashing. .. i saw only smog from my CRT

I would suggest a new monitor.The low price makes repair impractical.
