Hi,
You've probably tried some of these steps but...

Try uninstalling / reinstalling Flash Player. Use the uninstaller at
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157
Flash player download:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

From IE> Tools> Manage add-ons> Enable or disable add-ons> Show: Add-ons
that have been used by... > is Shockwave Flash Object enabled?

Check to see if a third-party program, toolbar or other browser add-on is
blocking scripts, ActiveX, active content, etc.

Check to see if a third-party program, toolbar or other browser add-on is
blocking header/user agent information.
Go to http://gemal.dk/browserspy/ Scroll down to and click on Headers
Information. Does "shockwave-flash" appear in the HTTP_ACCEPT field?

Internet Options> Advanced
"Allow active content to run in files on My Computer"
Try this unchecked (default) and checked.

Hope this helps,

Hi

xp pro sp2.

i have tried to install flash from adobe site
http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/ says "You have version 9,0,115,0
installed"

but www.kfc.co.uk or http://www.xfxforce.com/web/home.jspa?set_locale=en_GB
don't run their flash.

kfc says install latest Flash and xfxforce says NVIDIA XFX Main Feature
Flash

using firefox on same machine both sites run Flash.

any ideas?

Mark
