Where is the best place to learn Flash? I believe you can use it in FP?
Also, do I need to buy software?
Also, do I need to buy software?
Andrew Murray said:Yes, you need the Macromedia (Adobe??) Flash application (not cheap by any
means).
there are many hundreds of tutorials on the subject.
You can't *create* flash in Frontpage, you can insert flash animations &
movies in Frontpage and publish a web site and view these on the web
through a web browser.
ThanksJDR said:Shirley,
You would need to purchase Flash
Yes, you can use Flash with FrontPage or any other web editor
The best place to learn may be going to the Flash discussion group here:

Kevin Spencer said:There is also a relatively inexpensive program called Swish, that my
graphics guy says does a good job, if you can't afford Flash MX.

Thanks, Cheryl!Cheryl D Wise said:Not only is Swish cheaper the learning curve is considerably less. The
interface is similar enough to Flash that you can transfer a fair bit of
knowledge gained using Swish to the full version of Flash if you later
need the additional power of Flash.
If you wanted to integrate Flash with ASP.NET you'd need the more powerful
Flash MX 2004 but for most users Swish will do a very good job.
