Flash drive

I have only used the thing 2 or 3 times, but I am sure it used to work
just like a hard drive.

My flash drive is now acting like a CD that is broken.

When I put the drive in, it adds a drive letter, but when I try to
write to it, I get a message that the files need to be written to cd.

When I try to write to CD I get a message that there is no disk in the
drive.

After rebooting again, and unplugging the thing, it is working again.
