flash drive not showing up in my computer

i run xp and i am trying to use a handy steno flash drive
but it does not show up in my computer. in the the device
manager it shows up as an unknown device and there
supposedly is no driver needed to run it. pleaase help!
 
hi so if you have the drivers of the device you should use
the drivers you have because some of these devices are
necessary to work best with its performance..
