Can I produce a flash banner on Frontpage or is there an add in or other
reccommeded software I can use to make one?
 
Hi, excuse my ignorance but is 'Flash' a standard product or are there
different software companes that sell it,

Adobe (Macromedia) make the program to generate /create Flash
Other companies (like Swish) also make flash creators

Search Google for flash creator or generate flash
