Flash Animators

All,
I have posted before but wanted to ask again. Does anyone know capable
flash animators that can take an animated PPT file (2002) with mp3 sound and
convert it into a flash presentation. Automated softwares have not worked.
If you know of someone that is experienced in this field and might have time
to help me, please let me know.

What is your timeframe and do you have a budget for this?

Do you have a sample of your ppt presentation available
to get a look at what you're trying to do?
