OK, I got Outlook 2003 to pull in my email from msn. One
of the new features of Outlook 2003 was to be able to
color flag emails, but when I try to do this Outlook says
I can't. Does this feature only work on LANs? If so,
it's not well documented.

I think this would be a great feature. If anyone can
shed some light I'd appreciate it.

it should work for anyone... and it works for me on msn accounts. What is
the exact message you receive? (some dialogs can be copied - click it's
title bar and press control c)

The email messages from msn, don't even show the flag
colors or have the flag icom in the list. When I right
click the options for flagging don't even come up.

The only message I've been able to flag so far is the
welcome to Outlook message that originally came in the
inbox.

A search o the help system told me that flags do not work
with internet based accounts such as msn.

Will this "connector" be available soon for us msn users?
