Flag and Category Icons not an option with Hotmail account in Outl

The flag and categorize functions and icons work in Outlook 2007 for my POP
account but are not available for my hotmail account which is an HTTP account
as indicated in properties. Is there a way to access the flags function with
such an account?

I do not believe flags are available for HTTP accounts. I don't believe
categories are either, unless you use the Outlook Connector and even then,
I'm not sure. I'd have to try it.
