I wanna say thanks to those that offered their support and
tips, it was the KB835732 file that was causing all the
headache. I went into safe mode (it takes about 15
minutes to load) and very slowly made my way to the add
remove window (took another 20 minutes or so) and scrolled
down to the file (20 minutes) and removed the file (45
minutes) all the while I found that I could speed up my
wait time by doing the ole' cntl alt del to get into the
task manager (to my knowledge it would interupt the
computer from using 100% cpu for moments at a time). I
did this very often to help windows load up. PLEASE
PLEASE be patient! If it looks like it locked up, it most
likely hasn't its just that the computer is using 100% of
the CPU so it allows almost no room to process other
commands. Good luck everyone!
