Fix the header on month-view print of Outlook calendar.

The header of the month-view calendar that prints from Outlook includes, like
most calendars, small versions of adjacent months. But -- the Outlook header,
instead of showing the previous month, repeats the month printed on that page
of the calendar. So, while the page for August should have mini calendars for
July and September atop the page, it instead shows August (again) and
September.
