Fix shortcut to CD-RW drive E

When trying to drag files to my E drive, get message
saying shortcut has been changed or moved. Can't perform
the function. Don't know what I did or how to fix it. I
need to record files soon. Any help appreciated.

I never created any shortcut to the CD-RW drive (E). I
don't see any shortcut. I don't know why this message
crops up. I only know I can no longer drag files to my E
drive to be copied. Until today, this function has always
worked fine.
