If you're having problems with MAS showing Agents as
inactive and you are unable to activate them, try this.

Download scripten.exe from microsoft and install it.

Uninstall MAS

Reinstall MAS

I had no luck with this idea. Still no listing of agents.
Uninstalling and reloading the program in a different
directory doesn't work either.

Grasping at straws: Can you try uninstalling the .501 version, deleting the
installation folder and its contents, and reinstalling using the newer .509
build from the website:

www.microsoft.com/spyware
