Fix Browser/Registry HiJacks?

One of the things I really miss about Microsoft Anti-Spyware beta 1 was the
ability to go in and inspect registry settings which were prone to hi-jack by
adware and spyware. This was really useful in cleaning up other people's
systems.

Why does Windows Defender not have this feature?
Seems like a glaring omission.

Otherwise, thanks for the nice free software.

Windows Defender has this feature. Read the Windows Defender manual (help)
"Understanding real-time spyware protection options".
If you want all warnings go to:
Tools -> Microsoft spynet -> Join with an advanced membership
