D David B. Jul 19, 2007 #2 You can't fit a 1.65GB file onto a 700MB cd, that's like trying to get 2 gallons of milk into a gallon milk jug. If it's a 1.6GB ISO it is likely a DVD image and you cannot put it on a cd.
