Fitting a document

I am typing a school emergency phone chain and it is printing on long paper
instead of 8 1/2 x 11. Can you tell me how I I can print this without
changing the layout?

Has the document been configured to print from a specific tray (one
that holds legal-sized paper) on the printer?

I'm afraid you're still not very clear about what you are trying to do &
what you are starting with. This is quite a different situation than
Landscape/Portrait orientation.

If it is actuall a matter of paper size, the answer is still in the Page
Setup dialog box on the tab labeled "Paper" - chose the size you want from
the list. *However* it is just about impossible to change to a different
paper size *without* affecting the layout of the document.
