My site pages, 600x800, are cutting off when sent to
printer. Is there a way to make them fit?
Tables are defined widths by pixels, not percents.

Set your printer to Landscape.

Most 600 px width pages will print on most printers. Yours is 800 px wide,
that's why it gets cut off. Most modern printers have an 'auto fit' or 'fit
to page' setting but not all users are familiar enough with their printer
settings to find and use it. Short of redesigning all your pages to 600px
width just to be able to print, PDF's will print uniformly on all printers
and is a pretty common solution.
