You can get the adapter for about $15 from places that
sell disks. I've bought them from Dirt Cheap Drives
(http://www.hard-drive.com) but i can't
find them on the web site. Send them an email
and they'll give you the price and part # .
BTW; It's 2.5 inch disk in any laptop I care to cary ;-)
Finding which way to orient th connector is always a PITA for me. If
yoiu have a problem when you see it, post another message.
Adapters are available for the combination you pose. Enter "2.5 to 3.5 IDE
adapter" into Google, and take your pick of the over 100 pages of hits!
