fitted new motherboard and vid card

i recently fitted a new motherboard(syntax sv266a) and
vid card (ati radeon 9200se) to my surprise the monitor
wont switch on and the keyboard dont work either does
anyone know what is wrong o/s win xp pro does it matter
that the board is agp 2.0 and the card is agp.3.0
please help

You now need to do a XP repair install because XP now thinks it is on a
different PC. XP checks to see if the motherbaord changed and if so, it
stops.

it wont even go onto the bios setup i forgot to mention
that before i have no windows disk would a new one
work instead i can get one no bother how would i format
the drives in the meantime could i put them in another
comp and do it that way

Sounds like maybe, you have the jumpers on the MB configured wrong.

i got hte board to work for anyone else who has this
prob try setting the clear cmos jumper to clear for at
least 10 secs seemed to do the trick ps thanks for the
help put me on the right tracks cheers

AGP 2.0 is 1.5 volt and AGP 3.0 is .8 volt. However the
9200 should work with all three. You should check your BIOS
settings. There is also an issue with power supplies being
inadequate.
