First time set up help!!!

I'm not sure what to put in for the POP3 and SMTP, could someone please help
me!!!

You have to go to your ISP's web site and they will have a step you through
instructions.

If you are talking about a Free Hotmail account, I don't think they have
Pop3 capability to clear via Windows Mail but I could be wrong (I know
G-Mail does and does it super well).

According to your ISP:
Incoming (POP3) mail server: pop.west.cox.net
Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: smtp.west.cox.net
