I just ran MS AntiSpyware for the first time. I am
hesitant to delete any of these risk without knowing more.
The results found 5 items with varying degrees of risk,
is it possible to find if these items are associated with
needed software or programs?
Two items detected are high-risk, should they be deleted
immediately?
Appreciate any help

False positives are a risk with scanning programs of all sorts. F-secure's
antivirus has given me two false positives in the last month, much to my
dismay.

You need to look at the details of what was detected. See whether it
appears to be a part of a software package you intentionally installed. See
whether there are copyright details in the properties of any executables
involved. Check other references to the threat involved and see whether the
executables involved are actually present.

Take a look at the kind of bug involved and assess risk yourself--don't
believe the hype.

A keylogger is something you want to get to the bottom of immediately.
Something which merely bombards you with ads is a significantly lesser
threat.

AbetterInternet and IBIS Toolbar are the two high risk
threats and MoeMoneyMaker -elevated risk, shown in the
results. Keylogger? I assume high risk threats maybe
Keyloggers?
I googled these results and read the info I found, but I
still would like more info.

Keyloggers will be called keyloggers.

I don't know of any false positives posted in relation to these threats.
I'm familiar with both of the first two, and they are well worth removing,
although that removal may in fact not be easy.

AbetterInternet does nothing except display popup ads on your machine--i.e.
it has no other functionality--it is not something you or any other user of
your machine knowingly installed.

My recommendation would be to restart in safe mode and remove the first two.
On the third one, you might choose quarantine if you are in doubt.
