Thanks for finding that feckit, I had a look at all of the images plus the article 
It seems a bit pie in the sky, but who knows in a few years time I suppose.
NASA can't even get their own shuttles to work quite often, perhaps they should just get the space tourists to fix the ISS and Hubble
