Can anyone help update this firmware?

Linksys router hr200

I was trying to try the guy on the phone this file is blank.

He would not listen.

Like speaking to a wall with linksys.

Any help anyone?

2. Zip file

When i unzip it there nothing there.

How do i install this?

you download the Zip file in which there is an image file and a txt file, somewhere in the user manual it should say how to upgrade the firmware

Normally you log into your router via the web interface and there should be an option in there somewhere.

found it on the setup page now.

But it will not update at all.

This is the right file aswell

There only 1 file for the hr200.

Am using this one Firmware Version: v1.00.3

Is this up to date already?

the version on the website to download is V1.00.3, if you're already using it then there is no need to worry about upgrading the firmware
