Firewire & USB PCI Card with internal port headers

Hi,

I am looking for a combo firewire/USB PCI card that has at least two 9
pin internal USB headers and one internal Firewire 8header. I don't
mind how many external ports it has.

The closed I have found is this Syba card, which has two 9 pin internal

USB headers, but its internal firewire facility is a standard port not
a header:

I have seen lots of cards on ebay with the required firewire header,
but there USB header is only a single 5 pin header.

Has anyone come accross a card with the headers I require?

You are not going to find one like that. The closest you are going to get is
the Syba card you found.
