We use Windows Firewall. How do I allow a certain website/program to
download? (How do I bypass the firewall?)

Please describe the problem better. I don't know what you mean by
"certain website/program to download". The Windows Firewall shouldn't
be affecting you going to certain websites or to download things.

discussing problems going to a particular website, if it isn't a pr0n
site or otherwise evil, please include the url so others can check it
