I've tried Kerio , Outpost , look'n'stop , zone alarm.
The only working for me is at this moment is look'n'stop.
On others I get a lot of issues.

Is there another one which could work as look'n'stop , but free of charge?

What sort of issues? Which build of Kerio? Kerio 2.15 is rated much
higher than 4n. Which OS?

Simple answer; no. L'n'S is very nice and lightweight and hopelessly non
configurable. There is no freeware that is similar.
The freeware FW that you have yet to try is Sygate, which I rate higher
than your list anyway:

And if you want the app monitoring also, have a look at SSM which is a
wonderful piece of kit:
