I went to two dll sites and one spyware site found
nothing. Are you using a third party firewall?

Hi Mel,

Regarding your post below, this [dll] is not native to Windows. Since it
cannot be found, you should focus on removing the reference that is calling
it. One of the best tools for this is MSConfig. (Start Run MSConfig).

When MSConfig launches go to the last tab - the Startup tab, and look for a
reference to either this file (it's not likely to be listed) or a program
that may be calling for it. This might not be too obvious but see if there
are any items in the list that you feel may have gotten added recently. If
you see what you feel may be an obvious culprit, uncheck the item and any
associated items.

Since the culprit may not be obvious in the list you may have to isolate
the cause by a process of elimination. Notice that some of the programs
being launched at startup are from the registry, and some are from the
Startup folder on the Start Menu.

Best next step: go back to the General tab, choose Selective Startup, then
Uncheck "Load startup Items" and restart. If on restart you do not see the
error, then you can assume the cause is in the set of startup items.

If you still see the error after disabling startup items, in MSConfig /
Selective Startup / Uncheck Load System Services.

Hello Mel

Hope this helps. The FireWallRC.dll is usually associated with your
Fire Wall type programs (ie., Norton Fire Wall or Norton Internet
Security and lots of other programs). You need to get with your fire
wall program help desk. Again, hope this helps. BEG

Hello Mel,

Sorry to bother you again. If should have Norton type programs
(Anti-Virus, Internet Security, Firewall, etc) your problem might be
the ccApp.exe file. If you go to
http://www.broadbandreports.com/?r=870 and search for ccApp.exe or
gardnerb you will find more info. Again, hope this helps and thank
you for your time, assistance and patience. BEG

Hello Mel,

Sorry to bother you again. I found that is a registry entry which is
no longer valid. I used Spring Cleaning and cost is $12.97 total (no
shipping). URL: http://tinyurl.com/4ysbv . Any program that fixes
the registry will work. Again, hope this helps and thank you for your
time, assistance and patience. BEG
