Firewall switches itself on/off

I ran a scan & Unclassified.Spyware.Loader (Spyware) was
found in C:\WINDOWS\system32\grwinsthlp.exe and was
removed. When I turn on my computer a security message
tells me my firwall is off then turns itself on (it won't
allow me to do it)!!! and I'm having a problem connecting
to the Internet. What's gone wrong? Please Help!

Is this a third party or Windows Firewall, I think you have problems with
the Windows one if you are running another firewall along with it. Try
disabling one.
