Is there any FREE firewall program that stops adware and spyware from
sending out from a computer. I know Zone Alarm Pro does, but it ain't free.

Any help here?
 
The freeware version of ZoneAlarm does.

The free version does. You should also run AdAware and Spybot to get
rid of those programs at the source.
