firewall help

Hi,

Well the easiest thing is to just uninstall any firewall from Add or Remove Programs if you
really want to remove one as just "turning it off" usually just turns off the monitoring, not
necessarily the blocking.

However, I'd consider that a last resort but if you really wish to do this, I'd suggest
turning on the Windows XP firewall first for your own protection which can be easily done by
clicking Start, then Run, type "firewall.cpl" and click OK. Then just turn it on and click
OK.
