Greetings,
Not that I rely on it but, with respect to the native XP Firewall, I was
wondering how one goes about controlling it. The other day, I had to
uninstall my ZoneAlarm. Awhile later, I was trying to send a friend a small
file over Windows Messenger, and the firewall was stopping it. Good work
but, how do I allow it???
Anyone help???
TIA

There is a settings tab in the lower right corner of the dialog box where
you enabled it. You can modify the settings there.

Forgive me for this but, a settings tab in the lower right corner of what
dialog box where I enabled what, exactly???
I can't find any such options looking around in Messenger, and searching
through my Connections doesn't reveal anything either, just whether or not
the firewall is on or off.
Clarification please???
:-)

Click start---connect to--right click your
connection---properties--advanced---X on 'do not allow attachments--.
