I just purchased a DELL(2-3 weeks ago).
It has MIcrosoft XP. Does this version have a firewall
installed or do I have to install one myself or activate
the one from Microsoft?

HELP? Should I do something else?
My computer was rebooting last week(Tues I think - I
updated Norton Virus and clicked on some Microsoft
updates. My computer was not rebooting the next day or
rebooting today Sunday AUg 17th. Could the Blaster Worm
still be on my computer. How would I know?

Thanks -Katherine

which ever isp you use to connect to the internet, you
should be able to right click on it (in network
connection) , go to properties and enable the windows
firewall from there i think. i had the same problem for
activating the firewall for my LAN and was given that
advice, and its all now up and running.

To enable/disable the built-in firewall, Start > Network
Connections > Right-click the connection > Properties > Advanced >
