Firewall and Internet Sharing

Evertime I try to share the internet with other users on
my home network an error pops-up and says, "The
dependency service or group failed to start." It does
the same thing when I try and enable the firewall.
 
Go to "Start -> Run" and type services.msc at the command line. Navigate to the "Internet Connection
Firewall (ICF)/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)" line. Double-click and look at the dependencies
list. Check each one to make sure it is not stopped or running incorrectly..
