Maybe with this extension I'll get rid of others FTP clients.

This latest version features support for: more FTP servers, OS X, ASCII
files, symbolic links, launching files from fireFTP, and loading fireFTP in
a tab.

Thank you Maria.

The more the development of Firefox goes on, the more I get the
feeling that it is becoming a kind of operating system software
(like Xemacs and all its add-ons).

A nice extension, but it isn't very feature rich. Certainly not ready to replace
Filezilla...

I predict that eventually, Firefox will include an email client, chat
client, calendar, HTML editor, and... oh wait... nevermind

I wish Firefox would support "pasv mode" FTP links. Currently,
I get an error saying "pasv is not supported" but IE loads them
just fine. Even this extension (fireFTP) doesn't support pasv.

Just an update: v0.84.3 is out.
Fixed bug with collapsed folder views.
