Firefox associated with CD Drive

Cant figure this one out. Whenever I click on my DVD drive in Windows
Explorer, all of the files are associated with FireFox and display the
FireFox icons on them. I have already uninstalled Firefox. How can i restore
the default association for the DVD Drive?

Line 241- 2nd column = Restore - Chose programs- Open With:
