Firefox as Default Browser

How can I make Firefox the default web browser that is opened when I click a
link within an email?

As far as I know Outlook opens the link in the default web browser you
defined in your Windows settings. Try to make sure Firefox is your default
browser (in firefox go to the options and on the first tab there should be an
option to check wether firefox is your default browser) and if that is the
case it should work
