Windows XP Firefox 2 or IE7?

I would like to know which one is better? Plz, post your preferences and explain why.

I'm using Firefox 2.0, because of some extensions such as Gspace and Videodownloader (Download YouTube videos).

But I've read some good reviews about IE7. Should I download IE7 too?

Personally, I use Firefox 2 ... I need the cross-platform compatibility as I use Linux & Windows ... IE7 don't work too good in Linux and I ain't hacking W2k.

I dont know which is better but Firefox is just as handy as IE7.. Like Itsme said, I use both depending one what im doing
